Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HajriBook mobile app and related services ("Service"). By creating an account or using HajriBook, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy at https://hajribook.com/privacy-policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who Can Use HajriBook

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. The Service

HajriBook helps you manage worker attendance, salary calculations, cashbook entries, reports, and related business records.

We may update features over time. Free and Pro features may differ; Pro access depends on a valid subscription.

4. Accounts

You may sign in with Google or Apple. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are misused.

5. Your Content & Responsibility

You own the business data you enter (workers, attendance, cashbook, etc.). You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to store and process that information (including worker contact details).

You grant us a limited licence to host, sync, and process your content only to provide the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use HajriBook for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
• Abuse subscriptions, refunds, or store payment systems
• Upload malware or harmful content
• Impersonate others or misuse another user's account

7. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free tier has limited features
• Pro is sold as auto-renewing subscriptions via Apple App Store or Google Play
• Prices, trials, and billing periods are shown in the app / store at purchase
• Payments are handled by Apple or Google; their terms apply
• Cancel anytime in store subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period
• Refunds are subject to Apple or Google policies

8. Intellectual Property

HajriBook name, logo, app design, and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

HajriBook helps with attendance and hisab; it is not legal, tax, or accounting advice. You remain responsible for compliance with labour and tax laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro in the 12 months before the claim (or ₹0 if you only use Free).

12. Termination

You may stop using HajriBook and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that should survive (e.g. IP, liability, governing law) continue to apply.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
